What You’ll Do
- Monitor and manage personnel security within the department.
- Oversee communication and IT security measures to prevent data breaches.
- Ensure document security protocols are consistently applied and maintained.
- Conduct awareness programs on information security for staff members.
- Manage resources effectively within the Sub-Directorate to optimize performance.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF 6 in Security Management or Security Risk Management.
- Four years of relevant experience, including two years at a supervisory level.
- Two years of functional experience in Security Management or Information Services.
- A Grade A PSIRA certificate.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security management, departmental policies, and relevant legislation.
- Strong skills in management, computer literacy, communication, project management, and conflict resolution.
