What You’ll Do
- Manage Human Capital and oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Monitor turnaround times for the capturing of applications and compile recruitment plans.
- Verify compiled statistics and maintain establishment records.
- Update and verify the office Employment Equity plan and related statistics.
- Facilitate and conduct preliminary investigations regarding labour relations matters.
- Promote sound labour relations and manage disciplinary hearings, conciliations, and arbitrations.
- Oversee the administration of employee wellness programs and manage service benefits, including leave plans.
- Administer bursaries and maintain accurate records and registry services.
- Ensure compliance with records management and facilitate the disposal of records.
- Verify and monitor the implementation of performance management systems and training plans.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Public Management, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a supervisory level in Human Resources Management.
- Good knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Policies and Procedures, including recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and project management skills.
- A valid driver’s license and good planning and time management skills.
