What You’ll Do

  • Implement and monitor human resources prescripts and resolutions.
  • Keep employees informed about HR developments and updates.
  • Oversee the processing of service terminations and employee benefits.
  • Maintain a database for pension claims and follow up with the Government Employees Pension Fund.
  • Facilitate performance management and coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies when processing allowances and leave transactions.
  • Conduct workshops and audits related to leave and employee performance.
  • Monitor recruitment and selection processes in line with employment equity targets.
  • Provide support in employee relations and handle disciplinary cases in compliance with regulations.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, or a related field (NQF Level 6).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervisory management within human resource management.
  • PERSAL Personnel Certificate and Leave Administration Certificate.
  • Knowledge of pension administration and relevant labor legislation.
  • A valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with computer literacy.
