What You’ll Do

  • Promote awareness of Employee Health and Wellness services and programs across the department.
  • Manage EHW advisory services and oversee project plans to ensure effective implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relevant governance standards for EHW initiatives.
  • Handle Supply Chain Management procedures and contract management related to EHW services.
  • Monitor and report on EHW utilization trends and outcomes.
  • Supervise EHW practitioners and coordinate their activities to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Plan and execute relevant projects that align with EHW goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) established with service providers.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in social sciences, humanities, industrial psychology, public management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of policies and frameworks regarding employee wellness programs in government.
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the statutory framework governing public service management.
  • Proven skills in project management, monitoring, and evaluation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and foster a collaborative work environment.
