What You’ll Do

  • Provide services aimed at enhancing business efficiency within the department.
  • Facilitate and conduct initiatives for business process improvement.
  • Conduct organisational functionality assessments of internal systems and processes.
  • Evaluate the department’s effectiveness and efficiency in meeting service delivery objectives.
  • Facilitate the implementation of a productivity measurement framework.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering or Public Management.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in Organisational Development or Business Process Management.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB).
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management frameworks and applicable legislation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, including advanced report writing and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in using Visio for mapping business processes.
