What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement architectural-related policies, methods, and practices.
  • Mentor and train candidate architects and technical staff to promote knowledge transfer and adherence to architectural principles.
  • Oversee architectural work processes and manage the performance of team members.
  • Handle office administration, including resource management and budget planning.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on new technologies and architectural practices.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate B degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of three years of post-qualification relevant architectural experience.
  • Compulsory registration with SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession) as a Professional Architect.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Proficient knowledge of architectural design, project management, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Strong skills in decision-making, team leadership, analytical thinking, and communication.
