What You’ll Do

  • Develop high-quality software applications to meet project requirements.
  • Deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable C# applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, achieving a minimum score of 90% in reviews.
  • Analyze requests and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct testing and peer reviews for new and modified functions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure uptime for production systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sprint commitments in an Agile environment.
  • Document developed features, APIs, and system architectures comprehensively.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of junior management experience in application design and development with C#.
  • Strong knowledge of the system development lifecycle and financial systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
  • Proficiency in coaching, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and a valid driver’s license, with a willingness to travel.
