What You’ll Do

  • Implement operational plans for the Nursing Information Management System (NIMS) to support nursing practices.
  • Oversee the development and execution of nursing policies related to NIMS.
  • Assist in the management and coordination of NIMS, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide support to the Assistant Director for NIMS.
  • Identify, coordinate, and monitor resources in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Appropriate experience with Nursing Information Management Systems.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
  • Extensive knowledge of nursing procedures and processes.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Regulations and Contract Management and PFMA.
  • Skills in document and report preparation related to nursing information management.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
