What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and manage the asset register to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Conduct asset verifications and oversee the disposal management processes
  • Monitor and manage the loss control processes effectively
  • Assist in the management of asset additions and contract performance
  • Provide support to supervisors and management as required
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working environment

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy
  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Working knowledge of Asset Management and Supply Chain Management
  • A valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and computer skills in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and adherence to deadlines
