What You’ll Do
- Capture and input performance information data from branches and units.
- Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports for provincial performance.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Conduct data analysis to support performance assessments and improvements.
- Stay updated on relevant labour legislation and policies to ensure compliance.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Statistics, Economics, Public Administration, or Monitoring and Evaluation.
- A minimum of one year of functional experience in data management or monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of analytical methods, Batho Pele Principles, and labour market dynamics.
- Excellent skills in computer use, data analysis, and research methodology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Three (3) years relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Statistics / Economics / Public administration / Monitoring and Evaluation.One-year functional experience in data Management / Monitoring and Evaluation.
Knowledge: Labour legislation and relevant policies, Analytical methods, Batho Pele Principles, Labour market dynamics, Research methodology.
