What You’ll Do

  • Register incoming court dockets and ensure accurate scanning of documents.
  • Capture and update information on the electronic case register (ECR) daily.
  • Provide electronic dockets to the Defence as requested by Prosecutors.
  • Liaise with Prosecutors regarding case matters and verify court activities.
  • Prepare and maintain files for efficient case management.
  • Generate various reports and statistics from ECR and other tools for internal use.
  • Maintain the electronic disclosure platform and assist with administrative tasks as required.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on good interpersonal relations.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
