What You’ll Do

  • Manage and supervise the legal admin and document management sections.
  • Oversee the registry section and ensure effective non-legal filing in the document centre.
  • Check and sign off electronic registers, including HR and finance files.
  • Perform monthly inspections and manage case files effectively.
  • Compile and submit court statistics accurately.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
  • Respond to audit queries and support human resource functions within the team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) or a three-year Diploma (NQF 6).
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in Administration Management.
  • Strong understanding of criminal court administration processes.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel (intermediate or advanced), and Outlook.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
