  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and file important documents

  • Maintain database/filing systems and registers

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4)
  • Relevant courses in administration or related fields will be an added advantage
  • General computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good planning, organizing, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a customer-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professionalism
