What You’ll Do
- Provide general administration support related to legal services.
- Manage processes for investigating and determining liability for losses and civil claims.
- Record and report losses and civil claims according to national norms and standards.
- Assist with maintaining accurate documentation and files for legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient processing of claims.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the post.
- Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
- South African citizenship with documentary proof required at the interview.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant courses in the legal field will be advantageous.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours.
