What You’ll Do

  • Perform daily ward rounds to capture all patient movements accurately on Clinicom.
  • Assist with transport bookings and handle patient queries effectively.
  • Maintain folder administration and manage stock resources within the ward.
  • Compile and collect data for monthly reports, ensuring that all information is up to date.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure operational needs are met and provide relief in other departments when necessary.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Appropriate experience in patient administration within a healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with Clinicom systems is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and the ability to manage conflicts and solve problems effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime and assist in other departments as required.
