What You’ll Do

  • Manage finance and office administration tasks effectively.
  • Support human resource management activities at the Labour Centre daily.
  • Facilitate training and performance management initiatives for staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of records within the Labour Centre.

What You’ll Need

  • A Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, departmental policies, and Treasury Regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal relations and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and analytical skills.
  • Effective planning and organizing capabilities.

Requirements

Matriculation/ Grade 12/ Senior Certificate.

Knowledge: Batho Pele Principles, Departmental policies and procedure, Treasury Regulations.

Job Duties

To render Supply Chain Management Function in the Labour Centre.

Provide a Finance and office management service to the Labour Centre.

Render a Human Resource Management service at a labour centre (Daily).

Responsible for training and performance activities in a Labour Centre.

Responsible for the records management in the Labour Centre.

Salary

R237 453 per annum
