What You’ll Do
- Record, organize, store, capture, and retrieve correspondence and data efficiently
- Update registers and handle routine inquiries from various stakeholders
- Make photocopies and manage the sending and receiving of facsimiles
- Distribute documents and packages to relevant parties as necessary
- Maintain and keep the filing system organized for easy access
- Type basic letters and other correspondence as required
- Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing register of the component
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in Human Resource Administration
- Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, as well as data capturing
- Proficiency in computer operations and data collection
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in more than one language is advantageous
