What You’ll Do
- Receive and process profiling requests from various stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
- Identify and analyze potential threats and trends.
- Implement and uphold control measures in the office.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards.
- Supervise and manage human, physical, and financial resources.
What You’ll Need
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) at NQF Level 4.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in administration.
- Proficiency in at least two official languages, including English.
- South African citizenship with proof of status required at the interview.
- No previous criminal or departmental convictions.
- Computer literacy and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and developmental courses may be advantageous.
