What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage feedback on performance assessments for senior officials.
- Administer recommendations and requests from the Portfolio Committee on Police and Budget Review Reports.
- Handle all parliamentary and media inquiries effectively.
- Oversee the administration of reports from the Auditor General and Internal Audit for compliance and accountability.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in an administrative role.
- A valid Grade 12/Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- An applicable Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
