What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support for the effective delivery of Converged Communication Services.
  • Consolidate and coordinate user requirements for better service planning.
  • Compile, maintain, and monitor the Demand Plan for resource allocation.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of asset records according to organizational standards.
  • Manage the utilization of resources within your designated area.
  • Oversee requisition and distribution of stock from provisioning stores.
  • Handle the receipt of equipment/stock and process allocation administration.
  • Control the issuance of consumable equipment and stock.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • At least four years’ experience in a related field.
  • A three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
