What You’ll Do
- Supervise and monitor administrative support services to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Provide administrative assistance during conferences and meetings involving SARPCCO/AFRIPOL/SADC countries.
- Manage human, physical, and financial resources to optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate visits to and from various African countries, ensuring thorough preparation and support.
- Perform standby and ad hoc duties as necessary to support team objectives.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage extended hours as required.
