What You’ll Do

  • Provide user system support and respond to information requests for the Corporate Management system.
  • Analyze technological trends and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist with first-line user support for various divisions and components related to IS/ICT.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user understanding of the Corporate Management systems.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the subsection.
  • Support general administrative tasks within the subsection.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • At least four years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage, along with relevant training.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with strong problem-solving and planning skills.
