What You’ll Do

  • Verify and capture information on leave application forms daily.
  • Maintain and coordinate the attendance register on a regular basis.
  • Conduct monthly leave audits for the Organisational Development team.
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports related to various administrative functions.
  • Manage procurement needs for the Monitoring and Evaluation section, including obtaining quotations and reporting status.
  • Assist in the coordination of registry files and administration related to loss management.
  • Attend and document outcomes from relevant committee and action meetings.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • A relevant three (3) year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is considered a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
