What You’ll Do
- Execute administrative tasks related to Supply Chain Management and logistics.
- Maintain budget records and oversee financial administration processes.
- Gather and evaluate management information to support decision-making.
- Prepare graphics and presentations for management meetings.
- Initiate and manage participation in provincial and government empowerment projects.
- Provide administrative services in relation to Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, and Finance.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- At least four years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- A relevant three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is advantageous.
