What You’ll Do
- Coordinate human, physical, and financial resources for the provincial corporate communication section.
- Manage financial administration support functions effectively.
- Oversee logistical support functions to ensure seamless communication operations.
- Promote and develop the corporate identity of the department.
- Foster a collaborative environment among staff to enhance overall service delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and challenges.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- At least four (4) years of relevant experience in the field.
- A relevant three (3) year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
- A valid driver’s license for a light motor vehicle is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
