What You’ll Do

  • Manage and process data to ensure the accurate flow of information.
  • Coordinate reports in support of crime investigation services and SAPS operations.
  • Register and maintain reported crime information, ensuring database accuracy.
  • Ensure thorough record-keeping and administrative efficiency.
  • Uphold a high level of discipline and adhere to the SAPS Code of Conduct.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • A National Diploma in Accounting/Auditing/Criminology or a Degree in B Com (Law) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of public service prescripts and relevant legislation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • General computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
