What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support, ensuring the smooth operation of office tasks
- Assist with personnel administration and coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage and distribute monthly telephone accounts to finance
- Handle switchboard duties, ensuring effective communication
- Coordinate bookings for the departmental guesthouse and maintain cleanliness
- Inspect office facilities and manage resources effectively
- Take minutes during meetings and prepare attendance registers
- Support the Scheme Manager with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized filing system for incoming and outgoing posts
What You’ll Need
- A Senior/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration is advantageous
- Valid unexpired driver’s license is beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of office administration prescripts
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexibility and a customer-focused attitude
