What You’ll Do
- Facilitate training sessions and offer helpdesk support for users of the Loss Control System.
- Administer and ensure the accuracy of data on the Loss Control System.
- Conduct national evaluation visits to monitor data captured on the system.
- Provide administrative support to Legal Services personnel regarding civil claims payments.
- Capture requests to register supplier codes and ACB details on the POLFIN system.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the role.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- A valid Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4).
- Relevant courses in administration will be advantageous.
- General computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to work under pressure and during extended hours.
