What You’ll Do
- Receive, register, and process individual firearm applications using the Electronic Firearm Registration System (EFRS).
- Verify application details and prepare necessary documentation for consideration.
- Capture and maintain accurate records on the system to ensure data integrity.
- Compile routine performance statistics to assist in departmental assessments.
- Maintain an efficient and accessible filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate, Senior Certificate, or NCV Level 4 qualification (NQF level 4 recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Competency in general computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
