What You’ll Do
- Receive, register, and process individual firearm applications using the EFRS system.
- Verify application details and prepare necessary documentation for review.
- Capture and maintain accurate records in the filing system.
- Compile routine performance statistics to support departmental reporting.
- Maintain an organized and accessible filing system to ensure efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- Proven competency in the core functions relevant to the role.
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- South African citizenship with documentary proof required at the interview.
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4).
- Relevant courses in administration will be advantageous.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours as needed.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
