What You’ll Do
- Render general administrative duties, ensuring effective office operations
- Type and prepare official documents and presentations
- Consolidate and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly returns
- Coordinate cellphone and telephone accounts
- Process itineraries, claims, and arrange accommodation and flights
- Register operations on the Operational Planning and Management system (OPAM)
- Compile and disseminate provincial instructions
- Maintain a brought forward system to track ongoing tasks
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours
- Relevant courses in administration will be an advantage
