What You’ll Do
- Provide general administrative support related to legal services.
- Assist with managing arbitration case flow, ensuring timely processing.
- Liaise effectively with the SSSBC, CCMAA, National Office arbitration Nodal Point, and legal officials.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all arbitration matters.
- Support the team in various clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, professionally, and under pressure.
