What You’ll Do
- Manage administrative duties related to Supply Chain Management and Human Resources.
- Maintain section telephone and cell phone accounts.
- Provide support for personnel services related functions, including health and safety representation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Engage in problem-solving and planning activities to streamline processes.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the post.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- A valid Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant courses in administrative functions will be advantageous.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours.
