What You’ll Do
- Perform general administrative duties to support SAPS operations.
- Process applications for goods and services acquisitions.
- Maintain and update procurement systems and databases.
- Manage supplier communications, including order updates and invoice inquiries.
- Assist in the administration of returns and supplier rotation processes.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the role.
- Proficient in English and at least one other official language.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant courses in administration are advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours.
