What You’ll Do

  • Assist in pre-delivery administration management, including preparing confirmation and declaration letters
  • Follow up on outstanding declaration letters from course participants
  • Manage communication with course participants through SMS or email regarding logistics
  • Prepare Master Participant profiles and manage classroom setups on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensure venues are set up for program delivery, including registration tables and signage
  • Prepare meeting packs and training materials for sessions
  • Record and process substitute documents and claims for travel and subsistence
  • Quality assure documents for payment submissions and finalize participant profiles for auditing
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems for correspondence and data
  • Provide general clerical support, including typing letters, handling enquiries, and managing budget records

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative environment
  • Knowledge of administrative duties, data capturing, and operating a computer
  • Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and computer literacy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
