What You’ll Do

- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for facilitators and participants.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for correspondence and data.
- Assist with supply chain clerical tasks, including budget tracking and processing claims.
- Create and compile correspondence and documentation as needed.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with administrative duties and practices, including data capturing.
- Basic understanding of the legislative framework governing the public service.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and typing skills, alongside computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail, with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team environment.
