What You’ll Do
- Render administrative support functions within the Detective Service.
- Capture and manage information on the SAPS Crime Administration Systems.
- Create and type emails and documents for the Detective Section.
- Organise and file dockets effectively to maintain order and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and communication.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Competency in general computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
- Willingness to work under pressure and during extended hours.
