What You’ll Do

  • Test and operate recording equipment before court proceedings.
  • Perform digital recordings of court sessions and ensure the integrity of these recordings.
  • Provide administrative support at circuit courts to facilitate their operations.
  • Collect and compile statistics relevant to court performance and case flow management.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks for the judiciary, including HR, finance, and supply chain support.
  • Manage court documents and operate DCRS/CRT machines effectively.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in court recordings or exposure to court-related functions is advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license will be considered a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
