What You’ll Do

  • Provide transport administration and fleet management support
  • Assist with supply chain clerical support services
  • Maintain and organize correspondence and data records
  • Update registers and manage incoming/outgoing documents
  • Render general clerical support including typing and photocopying
  • Offer financial administration support services
  • Provide personnel administration clerical support

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or an equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of clerical duties and practices
  • Ability to capture data and operate a computer
  • Understanding of the legislative framework governing public service
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities
