What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support within the Visible Policing section at the station.
- Capture and maintain accurate information on the SAPS Crime Administration Systems.
- Create and type correspondence, emails, and documents for the Visible Policing team.
- Manage filing and record-keeping to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with various tasks that enhance the operational efficiency of the police station.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours as needed.
