What You’ll Do

  • Welcome, register, and direct guests to the appropriate personnel or venues.
  • Answer and make phone calls, ensuring effective communication.
  • Respond to general inquiries via email and phone.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Manage conference room schedules to ensure efficient use of space.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception and waiting areas.
  • Request office supplies as needed to support daily operations.
  • Maintain visitor logs to ensure security and tracking.
  • Adhere to building security and check-in protocols to safeguard the office environment.

What You’ll Need

  • National Higher Certificate/Diploma (NQF level 5) is required.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A valid Code 8 driver’s license is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and client-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of the Traditional Leadership Institution is beneficial.
  • Skills in report writing, facilitation, and coordination.

Requirements

Job Duties

R237 453 – R271 503 per annum (Level 05)
