About the Opportunity

The Seriti Community Scholarship Programme is dedicated to fostering educational growth and skills development within the communities surrounding Seriti’s mining operations. This initiative aims to uplift socio-economic conditions by supporting students in their pursuit of Degree or Diploma qualifications (minimum NQF Level 6) at accredited South African institutions.

As a scholarship recipient, you will be expected to maintain a strong academic performance throughout your studies. Selection is contingent upon official registration for the 2026 academic year.

Requirements/Qualifications

Eligible applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens residing in specified Seriti host communities.
  • Have completed Matric with a minimum overall average of 60% in the most recent academic results.
  • Be accepted or provisionally accepted into a recognised South African University or University of Technology.
  • Not be receiving any other bursary, scholarship, or sponsorship.
