Key Responsibilities
As a bursary recipient, you will be expected to fully commit to your studies and actively participate in two annual internships at Gert-Johan Coetzee Studios. These internships are designed to provide hands-on experience and industry exposure, essential for your growth as a fashion designer.
Requirements/Qualifications
To qualify for this bursary, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens aged 18 or older.
- Be currently in Matric or have completed Matric with a Diploma exemption or equivalent.
- Intend to study full-time towards the 3-year Fashion Design course at North West School of Design.
- Be available to start studies in February 2027.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have reviewed the North West School of Design course prospectus.
