Key Responsibilities

Participants in the RPC program will undergo comprehensive training, which includes:

Requirements/Qualifications

To be eligible for this bursary, applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens aged 18–23
  • Reside in Gauteng Province
  • Have completed matric at a Quintile 1–3 school in Gauteng
  • Achieve a minimum of Level 5 in English and Level 4 in Mathematics or Level 5 in Mathematical Literacy
  • Be willing to undergo an aviation medical examination
  • Possess good judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Have strong hand-eye coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Be technically minded and safety-oriented
