What You’ll Do

  • Conduct inspections of minor new and existing structures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Analyse and compile relevant documentation for construction work.
  • Oversee the performance and work of contractors on various projects.
  • Gather and submit information in line with the Extended Public Works Programme (EPWP).
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of inspections and project progress.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • A National Diploma in T/N/S streams or equivalent, or an N3 with a passed trade test in the building environment.
  • Registration as an Engineering Technician is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, and E-mail Software Programs.
  • A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
