– Geotechnical Engineering: BSc Honours in Geology, BEng in Mining Engineering, or BSc Eng in Mining Engineering.
– Geomatics (Mine Survey): BSc in Geomatics or Mine Survey.
– Chemistry: BSc Honours in Applied Chemistry or Chemistry.
– Finance: Honours degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Actuarial Accounting, or related fields.
– People & Organisation: Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or Labour Relations Management.
– Safety, Health and Environment: Postgraduate Diploma in Safety Management, BSc Honours in Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Health.
– Ventilation: BSc or BEng in Mining Engineering, or related specialisation.
– Metallurgy Engineering: Honours degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
– Corporate Affairs: BEng or BSc in Mining Engineering.
