Key Responsibilities
As a trainee, you’ll engage in diverse responsibilities such as assisting with departmental projects, supporting administrative tasks, preparing documents and reports, and participating in training sessions and workshops. You’ll also have the chance to shadow seasoned professionals and contribute to research and data analysis.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Non-Technical Learners: Completion of N4 to N6 in HR, Marketing, Financial Management, or Office Management.
– Technical Learners: Completion of S4 to S5 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
– Communication and Public Relations: Certified qualification or statement of results.
– Hospitality: Certified qualification or statement of results.
– IT: Completion of all theoretical subjects in IT-related fields.
– Mechanical and Electronics Engineering: Certified qualification or statement of results.
