What You’ll Do
- Conduct feature planning and collaborate with teams to develop software specifications.

What You’ll Need
- A National Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Training in Agile software development methodologies and relevant frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF).
- 3-4 years of experience in systems development and software support.
- Knowledge of web infrastructure, data modelling, and relational databases.
- Skills in website management and application of Agile methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on service delivery and quality.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.
