What You’ll Do

  • Administer supply chain management resources effectively within the Forensic Science Laboratory.
  • Process requisitions and acquire necessary stock and service orders.
  • Receive and manage invoice administration to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to the storeroom and maintain equipment and stock.
  • Assist with the management of the vehicle fleet and other supply chain administration tasks.

What You’ll Need

  • Competency in the core functions of the position.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • Relevant courses in supply chain management will be advantageous.
  • General computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with extended hours.
