What You’ll Do

  • Draft and provide legal opinions and contracts, ensuring compliance with standards set by the Solicitor-General.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering professional growth and development within the department.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and accountability in all legal practices.

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF level 7 qualification in Law / LLB as recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience at a senior managerial level in a legal context.
  • Admission as an Attorney and relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in conflict management.
